For Optics11, I developed a 3D animation showing the operation, application and unique features of the OptiBarrier sensor in a visually accessible way. The animation takes the viewer from an overview of the system to deployment in realistic underwater environments.
Besides its technical functioning, the animation also shows how the sensor can be used in challenging conditions, with the aim of painting a convincing and realistic picture of its operation in practice.
The style is semi-realistic and modern, with a focus on understandable translation of technical content and visual impact. Renderflair handled the entire process - from storyboard and 3D modelling to animation, sound design and delivery.
